Is it possible to get like a permanent Trading Block thread?  We could have each teams logo and under that we could go in there and put people that are on our trading block.  The way the draft thread looked.  I think that would be easier for quick glances then rooting through posts on the Trade Negotiations thread to keep up to date.

You mean like a separate child board to go alongside Rules - Official Rosters - Transactions?

I think I meant just below the Trade Negotiations thread.  You know some threads only go to the top when someone posts in it and the Q&A, Trade Negotiations, Waiting List are all locked up at the top.  Whatever that might be called is what I was after.

Some of those trade blocks are a little old.  As people post their players that are available to trade I will update that first post so that everyone can access the information quickly without sifting through the whole thread.

I was reading about the entry draft.  I understand that I can pick 3 players from my team's draft, but I have a few other questions...

1. Do I have the #1 overall pick in the two round draft? (Please don't tell me he traded that away too)

2. If Columbus gets #1 overall pick, then I can take that guy right?  No one can keep him because no one is Columbus in this league, correct?

1) Yup, luckily he didn't trade his pick away. 

2) Yup, you're pretty much guaranteed to get the first overall pick in the supplemental draft.  The only way you wouldn't is if Columbus trades that pick away to a team that's in our league, then that team would be able to keep that player as an entry draft keeper.

question about extensions.  Lets say I have a player that would currently extend at 4.9 million so the max is 3 yrs but I see a lot of potential in this player.  Can i choose to bump him to 5.4 million and extend for 4 years?

Yes, this would be allowed.  Great question!
