Tigers offer the following extensions:
- SP Joe Musgrove: 2 year extension for $18.57m per year
- C Mitch Garver: 2 year extension for $5.91m per year

Tigers will not be offering extensions to the following and will release them to free agency:
- 1B/3B DJ Lemahieu
- RP Will Smith
- RP Hector Neris
- IF Gio Urshella

Tigers decline arbitration for the following players. If it's possible to put them in the minors if there are no claims, that's what I'd like to do but if that's not possible, I'm good with releasing them into the free agency wild:
