This is the last installment of the Rules Revision. I would like to thanks all that participated with a special shout out to Ernie (Flash) for his assistance throughout.
This phase covers all Transactions that we do here in FGM. I thought long and hard about doing it this way but, with the manner in which the rules are now structured, I think it's the best way to go. There is a lot of information here; my hope is that I've arranged it in such a way that it will be less complicated.
As usual, the original rules are in black and any proposed changes/additions are in red.
