Flyers agree to this deal as part of my rebuild.  Kopitar is a stud but I get a lot of young kids in return.  I also add another pick for next year's draft.

If approved I will make necessary drop to stay under roster limit.

I don't love giving up some of these young guys, but I don't see any of these guys as top end prospects.  There could be 3-4 nice NHL depth guys (2nd-3rd line) in this package, but I just don't see high end talent in any of them.  The 1st Rounder is the toughest piece to move.

On the other hand, I bring in a stud in Kopitar.  I also believe I'm buying him low, and hope he can turn it around quick.  I also get some nice NHL depth at the blue line.
