What about international free agency?  Is that open from July to the next June?  Is 2013 international free agency still open for MLB signings in 2012?

Free Agency - All of it closes tomorrow at 10am MST.  The international signings of 2012 is still open until tomorrow and follows the same process as the other FAs.  The new system will be implemented next year.

So I can bid an unsigned international free agent with cap money until tomorrow and every succeeding bid must be twice the preceding bid?

no the rules are the same as now.....the double bid thing will start next year just for International players...disregard any of the new International Rules

Basically the bidding on 2012 International Signees is same as other FAs except you need to put a link to a reputable source for the info of the signing

Okay, one more question.  A 2012 unsigned international free agent in our league, signed by an MLB team in 2012, that goes the year without being signed in our league becomes a regular free gent in the next period or still an international free agent?

He would be a regular FA.
