As correctly highlighted in the chat, theoretically we are still in the offseason, so Lakers cannot cover an additional amount of Porzingis contract due to the 25% max rule.
Therefore, you should adjust the trade or wait for the official start of the new season, unless @Billy says that, being in the offseason, we can already make trades ignoring 2023 cap and contracts

Yeah Im pretty sure I screwed up here with the calculations. That $5m is over the 25% rule. We can just move this deal as I cant afford KP and my 2 lottery picks without the $5m next year. Sorry Brian.
