I consider the minor as a team separate from the first team. Can be seen as a springboard for the major league. On statistics, as there are many leagues, it will be difficult to determine which team is really the best. If we find the way to the stats, I think these statistics shouldn't impact the major team.
At the end of the season can be rewarding the best team for a fee (which could increase the envelope for cash trades). 400

Otpion C seems the most fair. A newbie in the fabulous world of fantasy or a person in the last record in this league can have godd playersin the draft and thus compensate for the "weakness of their team"
