Title: Trade: SFG/TX
Post by: EastCoastGonzo on May 20, 2019, 04:17:17 PM
Giants Trade:

Specs:
RHP Edwin Uceta
OF Lane Thomas
OF Jonathan Davis

Minors:
SS Carlos Asuaje (2019) 600k

Texas Trade:

SP Jordan Lyles
(2019) $1,000,000
(2020) $1,000,000
(2021) $1,000,000
(2022) $1,000,000

And cash:
(2019) $1,000,000

All of my SP keep getting optioned out, so I'm getting badly needed SP along with some cap space to make some changes on the roster. Trading from depth in my OF specs.

Texas agrees, I need help on the offensive side, and it looks like no one from minors will get a call soon. I hate to lose Lyles, but I need to something. Thanks gventura!

"Any cap money acquired in a player trade must be dispersed to cover the player salaries acquired. Any money acquired to offset salary in a trade must travel with the player if he's traded again."

You didn't specify that is was covering the players salary.

Ah, okay, thanks, my bad.

The 1m in cash is to cover Lyles' 2019 salary.
