On your roster you have the following experienced players in your minors:
*Frank Vatrano $0.8m (2018-19)
*Brock McGinn, $0.5m (2018-19)

Minor Leaguers:
GMs can not sign experienced minor leaguers or players with a * next to their name to extensions. They have to be called up before they are signed to a contract.

Waivers have been closed. Extensions have been closed.

He is saying you would have to call them up, which at that time, every team could claim them before you could extend them. You never called them up for this same exact reason.

Winter is correct, those two can't be extended because you never called them up from the minors before waivers closed. Everything else looked good though and will be processed shortly.
