This move would put Philadelphia under the cap limit floor, so I am holding off my vote until the Bryan Little bid and any other corresponding moves are made.
This deal seems a little too lop-sided in Chicago's favor for me. Plus as it stands, Chicago is already at the goalie limit of 3, so I wouldn't be able to process this deal without another move.

As for RW Joey Anderson (34-gms) at fantrax place back to Z team and SS has him off roster.
Buying out Lucic is fine, and yes the cap hit will be $2m this year.
As for Joey Anderson, he is own a rookie two-way contract and can't be sent back to the ECHL team. You can't unsigned people that have been signed. You don't have any need to clear roster or cap space from your minor league farm, you have more space than practically any team in the league.
