:EDM: confirms this trade. WC and I have been trying to hash this out for awhile now. I covet young D-Men a lot and hate to loose two good ones but I get a young up and comer and the 1st rnd pick gives me a chance to replace Boqivst. The rest of the deal hinges on whether Druion will live up to his expectations. I am betting a lot that he will.......... only time will tell.

Edm confirms.......... A lot has gone on since Slack won Mike Smith. I think the price is fair giving he is a starter and his salary is paid.I don't plan on resigning him but want o be competitive this year and moving forward. It also gives my minor bunch to mature for one yr. I don't think this deal sets me back a bunch and I will probly make a bid for Smith next yr.............depending on how he performs........:)
