Title: A's GM resigns

Since the regular season is over and didn't make the playoffs, I am resigning now in hopes of getting a new GM in as soon as possible to replace me.  I've had a good run. Won the WS two years ago and been fairly competitive. With my trucking company expanding this year I have not been able to put in the time into my team as before.  Next year looks to be even more intensive so I believe it is best to step down now.
