NFL LIVE: Archived Transactions / LAR/MIA Trade
« on: May 25, 2024, 02:58:50 PM »
MIA sends to LAR
CB-Decobie Durant $8m (2025)
WR Velus Jones $7m (2026)

LAR sends to MIA
3rd round 2025 (IND)
6th round 2025 (IND)
7th round 2025 (IND)

Mia agrees to the deal. I am good moving him as it opens up 8 mil in cap which I can use. I grab 2 picks and id like to think I am decent at finding some defensive talent late in the draft. Can also use the picks in other moves if needed.

MIA sends
WR-Allen Robinson 2024-1mil.   2025-1mil.   2026-FA

MIA agrees to the deal. I was looking to grab a starting safety and get one here. Allen is getting older and I have better options for depth wrs. I also grab a late pick I can use in a trade for another D piece or try to find another late round defensive piece.

Colts send
WR-Chris Godwin 2024-17mil 2025-17mil 2026-FA
RB-Aaron Jones 2024-20mil 2025-20mil 2026-20mil 2027-20mil 2028-FA

MIA sends
2025 1st (SFO)
2025 1st (MIA)
2025 2nd (KC)
2025 5th (MIA)

MIA agrees to the trade. I have the cap and these contracts line up with my rookies from last year so I can make it work. I am getting a rb 1 wr2 with upside I like and a good point producing LB on a cheap deal. I move 2 first with one hopefully being late. I started my plan 2 years ago getting picks and got my draft last year with 3 of the top 10 picks. Now I am building the roster around my young guys.

NFL LIVE: Archived Transactions / MIA/MIN Trade
« on: May 05, 2024, 10:17:23 PM »
Min sends
WR-Keenan Allen 2024-$10mil 2025-$10mil 2026-FA
RB-Cordarrelle Patterson 2024-4mil 2025-4mil 2026-FA
2025 4th round (MIN)

for
MIA sends
LAR 2024 1st
RB-Sincere McCormick 2024-$0.5mil 2025-FA
CB-Darrell Baker 2024-$0.5mil 2025-FA
DT-Keondre Coburn (on psc squad)

MIA agrees to the deal. Didnt expect to use Sincere,Darrell, Keondre this year as I have options in those spots. I wanted a wr and I grab a rb I see as a good returner with the new kickoff rules. Hoping that turns into a good little depth spot. I also grab a 4th rounder next year and I feel good at grabbing a defensive piece with that pick to replace one I am sending out.

  • Jwalkerjr88: Idk if anyone remembers the 2021 class but it was weak on offense outside or the top 10-15. I dont regret the deal just learned and move on. As long as you have assets, you can mold your build how you want. Picks are usually the most valuable asset because most gms want in on a draft.

  • Brent: Well that brings back memories when I was on the ProFSL staff and paid.
  • Daddy: ProFSL has to be established by having great product or at least different product. We had the same old members. "Get off my lawn" types wanting to run leagues that were identical to the others. If you want 100 of the same old guys never chatting and no guests on the site. We had how many years of that?
  • Daddy: If running a league is so hard, How can i run 6 of them? At the same time.

  • Daddy: No moderators, no leagues, no leagues no traffic, no traffic no staff, no staff no profsl.
  • Daddy: Its not as easy to find moderators. And if you are a moderator to come up with start up league concepts and do all that manual work. It takes a rare breed.

  • Daddy: NBA LIVE we are considering a draft to start like NHL LIVE has done. The expansion draft followed by the amateur draft.
  • Daddy: No expansion in NHL but NBA has Seattle & Vegas franchises and 30 teams can protect 5 players each.
  • Daddy: Teams can only lose one player via expansion draft.
