Title: atlanta braves prospect resigning

im not sure exactly how it works, but i'd like to re-sign  (p-2011) Ian Kennedy, and (p-2011) Denard Span.... what are the rules

alright cool... well i guess i'd like to extend both guys to 5 year 4 million dollar contracts

To extend a player you have to look up there rankings in the past 2 years.  You take the highest ranking and look up the market value under contracts under the FGM rules.  Since they are in the last year of their prospect contracts you apply a 0.6 multiplier and then round that value to the closest 0.5M.  Below is the contracts each player would need.

Denard Span OF  2010 Rank=63  2011 Rank=125  Market value 3M  3M*0.6=1.8M rounded to 2M
Extension would need to be 4M (2016)

Ian Kennedy SP 2010 Rank=63    2011 Rank=20  Market Value 12M  12M*0.6=7.2M rounded to 7M 
Extension would need to be 7M (2016)

I believe there is a copy and paste issue here.  Span would be $4M, but Kennedy should be $7m correct?
