As Morty said, new extensions for Wingers are calculated by 1st taking the highest rank of the winger, either LW or RW or both. Once you've determined the player's highest rank, look up the extension value.

So if a player with both LW and RW eligibility needs an extension, and his highest rank at LW is 5th and highest at RW is 7th, use the extension for 5th ranked Winger = $10.5m

Bottomline gents, nothing's changed really because the extension at either wing was the same for the same rank in the past. We just simplified the process.
ok got it. I was reading it as they were combined LW and RW together, but just the extension values are combined.

I thunk Wunderman asked the question in a post but I am wondering where I can find the original rosters drafted by each franchise?

Looking to see if there are any legit OG's Carolina can sign at a hometown discount.

Any guidance would be appreciated. :toast:

My best guess is PR who might still have access to the original 2010-11 Fantrax site to view the original adds to each franchise roster.

PR -  you can add me as a co-owner to your team and I can troll that info too.

Another option for enquiring minds is to research FNHL 2010 posts for the original transactions.

Finally, look up 2010 NHL rosters to see who were the best players and take it from there to start your Profsl research.

I'm sure it's been asked but being new I'd like to make sure before learning the hard way.

If a team is over the cap in the offseason but hasn't gone over the 10% overage, can we use that overage to bid in FA? I didn't see anything to the contrary. LMK Thanks!

During the off-season in FA a team can be using their 10% cap overage and still bid and win a FA if they have the cap space to add the new contract. Otherwise, if there's no cap space, a team should not try to win the bid/FA, though in theory they can bid.

FA bidding all on Profsl or Fantrax or both? Fantrax is most stable but perhaps isn’t as familiar and easy to close bids and monitor alterations.

Great Q. Tough Q.
The best will be to keep it all on ProFSL for FNHL's Free Agency.
If we have a ProFSL outage, we'll pause the clock. Best way to see when it glitches is see the last chat comment by Indians or Daddy/Jojo.

I have a question, did Marc Bergevin of the Montreal Canadiens get fleeced by Columbus on the Domi/Anderson trade?

I mean, the knuckle head gave away Max Domi AND a 3rd round pick for a guy that scored all of 4 points this year!??? HAHAHAHA

NHL Montreal should fire Marc before he gives away the talents non-French players in Montreal.
