Timing of 2015 FYPD- League wide discussion

By rule, our FYPD is supposed to start 1 week following the MLB signing deadline(7/17/15) however we have done it at different times. Last year we started on 9/22.
For no other reason other than helping maintain interest during the off-season I propose that we start around 11/1. That way we can get the majority it done by Thanksgiving.

October til November is fine. We should update rules to show later in season than after signing deadline. It allows teams to draft talent based more upon performance than on suspicion based on limited information. Best for parity really.

Yes, we did. 2015 FYPD selections who don't sign are not eligible for our draft.
