Hi, is it possible to re-locate my franchise?  if so, I would like to move from Nashville to Tampa Bay.  If not, no worries!

Ideally I would like to leave it as is.  I think Rob had in the past only allowed team moves/changes only once when a new owner came in.  If its all the same to you or not a big deal I would rather not open up a can of worms on team changes.
That said, I dont know if you were able to pick your team when you came into the league as I dont think I was here.  If you didnt pick a new team at the time I could allow it , if its a meaningful change for you.

Ok, not a big deal.  My team is already taken, so everything else is 2nd choice. Will stick with the Preds-thanks
