St Louis Blues announce a trade with the Nashville Predators to add a future superstar who has already shown he's only going to get better and fast as well as a 3rd pairing winger. Thanks to the Nashville owner for working with us on this negotiation.

St Louis Blues announce a trade with the Anaheim Ducks to bring in a solid second pair defenceman while removing extra fat from our roster to get much needed cap for future moves. Thanks to the Anaheim owner for his patience on this negotiation.

St Louis Blues are pleased to announce a trade with the Tampa Bay Lightning to bring in a true veteran defender to anchor our blue line for the 2020/21 season. This deal allows us to shed cap and make future moves our club needs to make. The new ownership group wants to move quickly through the retooling phase.

It's frustrating because I noticed this contracts would easily have been cheaper if the extensions were signed earlier in the season given all their rankings climbed in 2019-2020 and the added increase in Extension Values has artificially driven up my team's salary cap. If only we could go back in time.
