In order to qualify as a Type A free agent, a player must be on the team roster the entire season.  Players obtained in trade during the season do not qualify.

Below is a leaguewide list of players who are in their last year of their Prospect Contracts (P-2019).  These players can be extended with a 60% discount of their Extension Contract Value, however, please keep in mind that there is a minimum contract extension of $4.0m (2024) - 5 years.  Each of these players can be extended as a regular extension if their Extension Contract Value falls below $4.0m.  The deadline to extend these players is 12/31/19 - 11:59 pm ET, but you can extend these players at any time prior to that deadline.

For those teams out of the playoffs, all (P-2019) players will be released from your Fantrax roster in preparation for the off-season.  This list will remain up until the signing deadline, so that if you chose to extend these players, a record of their affiliation will be available to have them reinstated to their respective teams.  There are obviously a lot of things to take care of when the off-season begins, so this will allow the process to unfold a little easier.

In the event I have missed a (P-2019) player on your roster, please post a reply and I will add him to the list.  All extensions should be posted as a regular transaction on this Transaction Board.
