Title: FGM Staff Change

Rick (BHows) has agreed to take over the duties of transactions manager for Fantrax.   Fantrax commissioner power has already been given but he also needs to be added as a league transactions moderator.  Thanks for stepping up Rick!

I will throw my name as being available if need another manager to join trade review.I stepped down beforedue to lack of time which I have time now.
Like to say thanks to bhows for stepping up is tough job and important one at that

I think Jeff would be a great addition to the TC.  It would be nice to get trades approved in a timely manner.
