Wouldn't it be easier to give the discounts to players on EL status? Cause that is already being tracked.
What PPG stated was * teams designate 2 players annually in August (contract roll-over period)* qualifies by (A) being drafted by the FNHL team or (B) plays for same NHL team as FNHL team* 25% discount* notation on player's contract TBD* discount only valid while player plays for the team (a trade void the discount)
* teams designate 2 players annually in August (contract roll-over period) - To a total of two or an additional two per year? A total of two would be good.
2 all can be designated per yr but they are not cumulative.
Sounds like it SJ.But then the question is whether we can add another discount contract thru trade if that player happens to play for the same NHL team as my FNHL team or if my team originally drafted the player. So this is another way to clarify it's only 2 of these HTD contracts on my roster at any given time.
