Title: 2012 Entry Draft will Occur After Roster Update

I am delaying the entry draft until the rosters have been updated.  It would be extremely difficult to make picks for owners who fail to pick without knowing their current cap situations.  I am guessing that it will occur in 2-3 weeks.

Is there anyway to get the Baseball America list posted that is used for signing bonuses?

2-3 weeks is fine, but I recommend a league wide PM a week before we start so everyone has advance notice / reminder.
