Title: Rules Change Proposal - Schedule Changes

MLB made several rules changes during the CBA in 2022.  MLB made several rules changes during the CBA in 2022.  I propose we include this rule change beginning in the upcoming (2023) season:

MLB has implemented schedule changes for 2023:
-56 games within division
-60 games against rest of league
-4 games against interleague "rivals"
-42 other interleague games

Definitely agree, we should keep up with the way MLB schedules

Agree with the exception of the 4 "rivals" games which could be added to the other 42 interleague games to provide better equality.
