Just interested to how you found out the exact numbers from who the teams played or if that is how you did it? Because just looking at my roster, my shots for were +1200, 51 goalie wins, 31 goalie losses, goals against of 235, saves of 2,232 which would all give me the wins/losses. I know these are completely accurate as I may have had someone sat and also acquired Price at mid-season but just wondering as I don't know how it works or where to find this on fantrax haha.

This is where I thought stats were housed?

The 'Season Stats' tab has the stats Corey is using. Those numbers aren't multiplied by the extra matchups which is why the numbers are different.

I went into each team and then set the date range from 1/19 to 3/24 which was our regular season length then just looked at the totals at the bottom.  It isn't completely accurate as I don't think it counts the stats for people that a team traded away, or picked up then dropped.  But it is the best I could do without getting crazy and looking back week by week for each team.

Why not just look at the season stats page? It has all this information.

Oh i see, that is crazy man and a ton of work. I see now why I lost around 400 shots in comparison to the stats page. I dropped 8 players after my season was over so I lost any stats they had accumulated for me in your calculations. I don't know if those stats are 100% accurate at the fantrax page (whether or not they are using playoff statistics) but I know they take into account trades/releases and that jazz that we do throughout the season.

It appears to include playoff stats since Anthony an I are #1 and #2 in FP while we weren't in the regular season. Next year we'll have to take a screenshot of the stats prior to the playoffs. For now the best way to do this is probably add up the playoff stats and subtract them from the totals here. It's some work but it's the only accurate way. I can help with this after the finals are done.

  • Daddy: Also agreed. Top quality pitching probably means not much depth. A few injuries can challenge you. Pitching other than top end pitching has been devalued in fantasy. Everyone wants the stud.

  • Braves155: The problem with the minors is not the system as a whole, it is some Farm Systems are more 'elite' at being able to produce talent than others. If you look across MLB teams you can pretty easily tell the great systems from the weaker systems and talent development

  • Braves155: With regard to pitching in the Minors...there is  method to the madness. It is all about what you make of it tho. I agree that it can seem certain type arms in the minors are a dime a dozen
