OK... It's only been a day, but I'm already changing my mind.  I expanded my preseason ranking system to include depth this time.  Here's how I rank the entire league:

There's actually a huge bottleneck from 6 to 15.  All those teams are really close.  So you're not as far off as those rankings might indicate.

Last year I made it into the playoffs with Pavelec and Scrivens as my go to goalies for 1/4 of the year.  I think I can make it back to the promised land with Ward and Anderson backstopping my team. 

Won't matter we are all playing for 3rd place behind the Blues and Red Wings.  Just think how even more dominant the Blues would've been last year with Spezza healthy.  *Mind Blown*

you lose kovalchuk and everyone thinks your chopped liver.  I am with Corey,  I think the Avs team will be right where the belong a close 2nd place as I have been every other year.

Here's my projected top 5:

5)   I see Philly making a nice run this year.  The addition of Neal really puts them over the top for me.  Nice work on this roster papps!

4) Since taking over his beloved Penguins, Dave has overhauled this roster and I think he's got a great chance at taking the title this year.  There's no one superstar on this roster that raises my eyebrows other than Sedin but they're very deep. 

3)   The defending champs are fielding another roster worthy of a cup run. 

2)   Ian's been a top scoring team since we started and I expect he'll be right up there once again.  The Wings have had terrible matchup luck in the past but I think they've been the best overall team in our league history.

1)    Surprised?  I'm not.  Bob is a fantasy master, IMO.  If I had to put my money on someone to take the cup it would be him.  I do actually have my money on him, in baseball (Moneyball). 

That's how I see it at this point.  What do you think?

My team has been horrible so far.  Losing Neal hurts and Giroux has not been good.  My centers are all playing well but injuries have killed me.  I think once I get healthy I will be able to turn it around.  I hope.
