Title: 2021 Season wrapping up
Post by: Rob on March 26, 2021, 01:28:19 PM
The season has been short and sweet.  It was nice to see some fans in the building at the Boston Garden last night - seems like normalcy is on the horizon somewhere...

No real drama in the final week here.... Buffalo and Winnipeg should be fighting for a playoff spot, but they both got matchup-hosed this year.  Tough to see their records compared with their point output, but, that's the way the cookie crumbles.

There's some drama over seeding with NYI and PIT battling to win the Patrick division.  The losing team could drop from a top 4 seed to a wildcard team depending on this weeks results.  It looks like Philly and Chicago will play in the wildcard round with Washington, Arizona, and either PIT or NYI in the other 2 wildcard spots.

Best of luck to you all and thanks for making a weird, short season with lots of postponements, Covid outtages, etc.  Hopefully things will be much more normal for next season.

Good luck to all playoff teams!!

Ahhh yes!  I was viewing the "Last Regular Season Week" and seeing it as the first Playoff week.  There is still time for drama to occur!
