Let's WELCOME the newest owner to join the BEST 31 team fantasy hockey league anywhere, Mordecai.

Montreal's new owner has taken over an up and coming franchise with a great amount of talent. Former GM Snugerud was automatically released as a condition of the $125USD Purchase price paid by Mordecai. But what a job Snugerud's done with Montreal.

Several bids came in for the Canadiens but payment was received from our newest member and the rest is history.

Welcome to our 7th season! We have a solid league where different owners are deploying competitive strategies to win the FNHL Championship. This is a knowledgeable group of PRO owners who will bleed you dry if you drop your guard. Thats to say we dont use training wheels here. Get up to speed quickly because the Expansion Draft is coming, followed by Free Agnecy and then the 2017 Entry Draft.

You being a Habs fan + buying FNHL's Montreal. Perfect fit!
So is there a natural hate for anything and everything Boston? If so, that will work out nicely because FNHL Bruins hate everything Montreal.

There is definitely a hate for everything Boston. It's bred into us at the DNA level.

I am looking to put Montreal in the final four next season.
For now I'll continue to study the rules and look for opportunities to help my franchise.

Love the dedication here, even the info about the league is on point. Snugerud was a great GM for that franchise, so you didn't get any crazy stuff and cap issues.
