The Avs greatest asset in 2014-15 will be $12m - $20m in cap space to work with! Plenty of cap for a true Franchise Architect to play with.

* Perhaps one of the best kept secrets in the league is the New Jersey Devils franchise which features young bluechippers RNH (Ryan Nugent-Hopkins) and All World goalie Semyon Varlamov! The team has an excellent group on defense with veterans Timonen and Garrison leading a cast of young guns such as Cowen, Gudas, Nikitin, Petry, and DeKeyser. In the minor leagues, top prospects waiting for a call up include Mark Visentin, Miikka Salomaki, Seth Griffith, and Ty Rattie. The Devils have a reasonable amount of cap to work with in the range of $7m - $15m in 2014-15.
