Apparently this franchise has become the ugly girl at the party...she's only fun if your loaded and there is no one else left...Anyone want them, throw your hats in now.

Just wanted to let you know my deepest regrets for leaving. I didn't want too but real life calls. Thanks again guys for the hospitality. I didn't have the time to dedicate to this team as some of you found out (papps, 28).

72 hours for internal transfers... Either way, the waiting list will be hit. Here are the names we have to consider...
sportsdoc55 - active veteran with experience in FBF, CF, and Prospectus Maximus
Fantasy Nightmates - has been back at ProFSL but is not in any baseball leagues
gocubsgo7 - very active veteran with plenty of contracts experience in Title Town MLB and ProGM
Phillyfan - plays in a few baseball leagues here
marknhammy - AL Only, Armchair, and RTO member
10gophers10 - FBF, RTO, CofC MLB member
Rob - HOF member with plenty of baseball experience
speedster18431 - AFB, ProGM, FBF, and RTO member
ClueHaywood - Moneyball member
Billy17 - veteran member involved in many leagues that wants to get into FGM
ripper - quality GM with MB/NE experience
levijonathan - involved in FBF and DME
CaronBoy - Mendoza, TSD, and MB member - was very active in AGM as well
9inches - involved in Moneyball
irbwilleo - new member getting in tons of leagues, very active on chat
Mr.TradeKing - former FGM Braves GM
mattpily - similar to irbwilleo

The Rockies are in a good spot but doesnt have alot of cap space open but they have good young players already locked up long term who are all ready and future all stars.
Building around Zimmerman, Pedroia, Tulowitzki, Bruce, Upton, Price, Lester and McCann there is a lot to like about this lineup and pitching staff.
That being said some work is needed to get COL to contending for the division.( Being healthy will help). They need some more SP and some proven bats in CI positions as well as overall depth in the lineup. These will be addressed down the road after getting a look at who's avail in FA or via trade during the year. (Well be getting with you Oudan you are the trade king) :thumbsup:
I see this team being able to take the division this year if healthy for rest of season and a couple small trades to add depth.
This league seems like its the most entertaining on this site with the activity in FGM I see it being a great league to join.I'd like to take the Rockies and see what I can do with a bit of luck and some good talent to go with it. I like the challenge of taking this team not living up to its hype and build it to a contender.
Also a little about me Im very active and I hate losing in any sport. My favorite teams are the Mets, 49ers and the Devils. One of my favorite movies is Moneyball and I like to take teams in that state and build them to be winners not just one hit wanders but a dynasty.

I'll re-apply for the Rox job (I don't Know if I was ever officially given the Co-GM title with Eric, but that was our idea.) I have already evaluated some of the trade offers coming through for Price and other players. I believe everyone here knows what I can do with a bad team, so it will be nice to takeover a good team for once. The small cap doesn't bother me at all (see NE :MIA-MLB:), in fact, I like the challenge and prefer it over the bigger cap teams.

Thank you guys for allowing me join this great baseball league and I'm very excitied to take over the Rockies and that team with all those All Stars and I hope this injury bug gets away from my team and we can make a late playoff run. :toast:
