When is the official deadline for our transaction freeze this year? A week before the season starts puts us at September 25th give or take a day.

Just want to be sure of the actual date.

The intent was to allow commissioners to process transactions and cleanup the boards beforw the holiday rush. If no transactions, it becomes a small break for commissioners.

Good question to ask.

The 10% offseason overage applies to:
-Team Cap
-30 man roster increases to 33 spots

For the MiLR max size, I do not believe PR originally spelled out the max during the offseason but he's allowed it to exceed 30 during the offseason and season as long as a team has Active roster spots avail to move the MiLR player. For the offseason, FNHL teams have traditionally been allowed to go over the max until the regular season but we've also allowed teams with extra Active roster spots to go over the max as mentioned above. I will probably need to put it in writing to ensure clarity for all. Good question to bring up.

Colorado is looking to bring back Paul Martin this season and provide him a formal retirement ceremony w/ associated buyout. Just looking to confirm I’m ok to sign him back this season and claim the buyout discount then subsequently perform a retirement bo.

It's a new season so it's OK to sign someone you bought out last year and buy them out again this year.

Question: Vegas has 3 extra MiLR players. If we have roster space (3 or more spots) on our Active and reserve roster, can we keep the prospects up in those spots?
