FNHL ALL OWNERS VOTE: INCREASE to 10$ in 2015-16 or 2016-17?

The vote for the annual fee has closed and the league owners have voted 10-3 with the final tally being close to that with some votes coming from ppl that own more than one franchise.

Deadline to pay your team's 10 dollar fee for 2015-16 is April 25, 2015 via PayPal.
Transfers are 20$... Carolina is the only team that currently falls into that category.

Also when I agreed to come aboard as owner GM & paying a large fee (comparable) I was given the price as $5 to return for year 2. Not that $10 will break me but its the principal of being told one thing to & being hit with an additional fee. No one likes hidden fees
