I think he was refering to the draft picks that are posted under each teams roster page which seem to be incorrect and not match up with the 2011 standings.

Right..those are not up to date at all. The draft order in the first post is correct.

Correct.  The team pages did not show the true draft picks for a handful of teams, so I went by the final 2011 standings.
