Tigers make the following roster moves:
- Waive & DFA RP Joe Smith and place him in minors if he clears waivers.
- move Alex Kirilloff to 60 day IL
- move Joey Votto to 60 day IL
- promote P Tyler Beede to active roster
- promote P Touki Toussaint to active roster
- promote 3B/OF Jake Lamb to active roster
All has been done in Fantrax with Joe Smith being placed in the minors.
