Added formulas to automatically generate GM list on Roster sheet

Updated previous caps to correct values.  Updated 2024 caps.  2024 caps are now set.
Created formulas to provide cap hit calculations on the spreadsheet.

Added GM page to track information for recruiting, history, etc.
Added Fantrax & reconciliation tabs to enable easy reconciliation of rosters
Added columns to Contract tab for quick reconciliation.
