Hey guys I'm back on😀. Ok here is my thinking on what's tanking and not taking. I think we need a rule for this. There is only 2 ways to be tanking the first one is if a owner isn't putting a full effort in his team. I understand if u don't have the payroll example my team. I overspent this last 2 yrs on bad contracts so have no payroll to go after free agents. Then there are the owners that are not spending money and not setting there lineups this yr. The other concern I have is teams that are not putting the time in that have the payroll that wants the best players in draft and that concerns me. If your team consists of all minor league players or your not filling your lineup. I hope no one doing this
