Free Agent signing from a month ago have not been posted

Is this league finished

Edmonton signed Grabovski at $2.9 for 3 yrs on Jan 23, he was put on my Fantrax roster, but still is not on my ProFSL roster, as a result my cap space is incorrect

Can somebody put him on my ProFSL roster
