I think in theory it's good but does that give enough time for a SP to make a start?  The SP scheduling could cause problems. I vote to just keep status quo.

Blue Jays have agreed to trade P Danny Salazar, P Andrew Barbosa, and 2016 TOR 1st (29) to SF for OF Charlie Blackmon and 2016 SF 1st (18). 

This trade gives me one of my favorite players in Chucknasty in addition to moving up slightly in the first round.  Losing Salazar sucks because he is a great controllable arm, but it takes talent to get talent.  Andrew Barbosa had a good year in the minors, but I did a good job of replenishing in the international market.

Blue Jays have agreed to trade SS Andrelton Simmons to Chicago Cubs for 1B Justin Bour.

Toronto is deep in the middle infield, and I needed additionally options at 1B so the deal makes sense.  I also have multiple MI that I want to move up through the system so this will help avoid a future logjam at SS.
