I dont know how the rest of the TC will see this, but I really like this deal for both sides.

I like what NJ is doing alot, its smart getting Ortio and young depth/talent... and Calgary is poised to spend some cap, take some risks, and make a legit run at the 

Kudos to both GMs here.

Its a sound investment for both. I hate declaring winners and losers the day of a trade, its very subjective.
I will predict that Malkin is still the best player being moved, that said, its just a good deal all around.

gets 2 RW in Stewart/Frattin, while giving up 2 RW in Zubrus/Rattie is what this boils down to. A matter of preference.
Build away boys. Its a very tough and established league.
