Title: RULE AMENDMENT: Buy Outs - Can't Be Resigned
Post by: PsychoticPondGoons on November 06, 2015, 09:10:35 PM: Starting Monday November 9, 2015, a team that buys out a player cannot bid on the FA nor resign the same player in the same year of the buyout.
