we've looked at possible goalie rule changes over the past 30-days and 1 thing was clear, there wasn't an appetite for too much change + 1 key change appeared to be acceptable. refer to discussion thread

Proposed Rule Change to be Voted on:
Starting 2013-14 FNHL will reduce starting goalies from 2 to 1.
This means teams can only have 1 active goalie per day versus the current setup of using 2 active goalies daily.

i believe we'll move fwd with this revision for the 2013-14 season. 2/3 voting Yes is a strong indication.
