We believe that countries like Finland and Sweden invest a lot into goalie development, which gives a clear advantage. They invest in coaching and improved training at all levels. This is done very poorly in NA, mainly because of the structure of North American Hockey Leagues. On average, maybe 15% of all goalies drafted make it to NHL, but the reward for a hit is very high in NHL. Its exponentially higher in this league.
