:MIL: Brewers open for business!

Top Needs: 1B, CF, LF, C, SP

Guys who I have zero interest in keeping and most unlikely to play again. I will attach additional compensation (specs) to take off my hands.

UTIL Matt Kemp  $8,400,000 (2023) (Technically might play again at some point)
RF Ryan Bruan  $16,000,000 (2021) (Technically might play again at some point)
LF Alex Gordon  $2,300,000 (2024) (retired, fully paid this year)
C Francisco Cervelli  $725,000 (2024) (retired)
2B Robinson Cano  $11,500,000 (2022) - (PED suspension) - Already fully paid so cap wise no commitment, but I think suspension is end to his career. If you think he plays in 2022 I need next to nothing.

Also putting this mix of lower tier guys. Their cap is not as bad and/or they are either playing or more likely to play again. Most can still be had relatively cheap:

C John Hicks   $600,000 with ARB (2024)
RF Mallex Smith   $528,700  with ARB  (2022)
LF Charlie Tilson  $600,000  with ARB  (2024)
LF Dwight Smith  $550,000  with ARB (2025) - Fully paid this year
CF Dustin Fowler  $500,000  with ARB (2026)
LF Tim Beckham  $550,000 (2022)

SP Anibal Sanchez  $2,000,000 (2022)
SP Ian Kennedy  $6,000,000 (2021) - Already fully paid
SP Jorge Lopez  $550,000 with ARB (2025)
RP Wade Davis  $ 6,500,000 (2021)
RP Dan Otero  $1,500,000 (2022)
RP Bryan Shaw  $1,500,000 (2022) - Fully paid this year

Since I suspect most of the above 2 lists won't draw much interest here is 1 more group but need proven MLB guys back:

3B Matt Carpenter  $21,000,000 (2023) - Money already paid as follows per a year -  $(10,000,000)  $(8,000,000) $(6,000,000)
SP Jake Arrieta   $12,000,000 (2022)
SP Rich Hill  $4,000,000 (2022)
RP Felix Pena  $600,000 (2022)
RP Nicholas Pivetta  $600,000 with ARB (2024)
RP Grant Dayton $500,000  with ARB (2023)

Finally, almost everyone in minors can be had in right deal, either included to take some of my bad contracts or to get current MLB talent to fill my needs. I know I don't have a great farm but just shoot PM who you like

Addressed a lot of needs and moved plenty of dead weight salary,  but still looking for following:

1-2 Veteran SP

1-2 proven bats (preferably 1B or multi OF positions but will take any position)

Plus a legit starting C (less of a priority having a few minor guys now who I'll call up as they will play this year but a legit starter would be nice)

All offers welcome. Do still prefer to move some more specs to fill these remaining needs and now also have cap to take on salary for the right player(s).

Philadelphia is open for some trade talks. We are currently in a heavy rebuilding mode with some prospects that look to be starting to come around. With that being said, and due to the pandemic last season, owner John Middleton has told me that I need to shed some of this hefty payroll. So his wish is your gain.

First on the trade block is a great left handed pitcher. Good control and always seems to be able to have stellar seasons. Drew Smyly. And he doesn't boast a 1 year contract either. He has 2 years worth of control. $14 million for 2 years is his contract.

Next we have a shortstop. Someone looking for some middle infielder help. Andrelton Simmons. 3 year/$27 million.

We also have 2 outfielders that are looking to get moved. Jarrod Dyson. 1 year with a small price tag of $6 million. Also Ender Inciarte. He carries 3 years worth of control for $21 million.

They could be yours if the Price is Right!!!! Send me some offers and I am sure we can work something out.

Had a post here looking for more international funds but missed that I dealt next year's fund more than this year so probably fine with my current 4m.

Since this is posted anyway in general still always welcome all trade ideas. I did fixed most of team so no more huge weakness but won't turn another quality proven vet if deal makes sense.

One position I am most interested in is 1B.

Almost all remaining specs still available.

I’d be happy to take on bad contracts too for anyone looking to free up money as long as they are no longer than 1-2 years. Would also consider taking on some dead money if it brings me back a spec or two

Tampa Bay trading block. Looking for players with decent long-term contracts (preferably prospects, ARB1 or ARB2, veterans 30 or younger with reasonable deals). I can pay as much money as needed if the return is good.

On the block:
SP/RP Matt Moore (10.0m, 2022)
RF/OF Adam Eaton (11.0m, 2024)
SP/RP Ryan Hendrix (spec, but in majors now)
SP/RP Tyler Alexander (500k, arb1)
really any reliever

Maybe on the block
SP Antonio Senzatala (0.6m, ARB3)
SP/RP Anthony Kay (500k, ARB1)
SP/RP Kolby Allard (550k, ARB2)

Anyone is available for the right price. I just took over and am not overly attached to anyone. I am fine moving prospects too, but I am probably 2-3 years from being competetive and don't want older veterans on expiring deals.

So I've added some players as I was not aware you could trade your extension candidates.  Hers my whole block although there are not many players I wouldn't consider trading:

Collin McHugh    $ 5,000,000  2023
Nathan Eovaldi    $ 6,750,000  2023
Martin Perez    $ 2,700,000  2024
Chris Bassitt    $ 8,800,000  2022
Mitch Moreland    $ 5,500,000  2022
Cavan Biggio    $ 550,000  ARB2
Lorenzo Cain    $ 11,000,000 2022
Michael Conforto $ 12,250,000 2022
Jon Berti            $ 550,000  ARB2

Extension candidates:
Nick Ahmed  $10,315,000
Brad Miller  $6,584,500
Giancarlo Stanton  $ 16,962,500  -- not as willing to move
Marcell Ozuna  $ 11,680,000
Jacob deGrom  $ 22,095,000
Hector Neris  $ 8,431,000

:TB: is willing to move its international money for picks, prospects or players on good long-term contracts (arb1-3,probably arb4, reasonable contracts of 3+ years)

I am still rebuilding, but I probably won't make trades that I think significantly hurt my team for this year until I am confident my team is at least good enough to avoid tanking penalties. Which obviously limits what trades I am interested in.
