makes this deal to grab some MI depth now that Jazz no longer qualifies at MI.  Lowe has his faults but he's still a fairly consistent producer and is a nice upgrade for me on a reasonable contract.  Ramos and Ramirez definitely offer more upside, but I'm confident in my ability to replace the young upside. The Giants kick off their rebuild with an eye to the future by dealing from my MI depth to add two very high upside prospects. The farm system needs a lot of work, and as much as I like Lowe's floor, this is the type of value trade that I can't pass up. Thanks for the great talks and good luck!
