Title: New Commissioner

This league will need a commissioner by Friday afternoon.  I will not be updating anything from that point forward.  Let me know who'd like that position and I'll transfer the powers.  The rules have been re-written so they make a good bit more sense and the league is in a lot better shape structurally than it was a few months ago so things are in a good place to be taken over.  Thanks.

Sean, Royals, and Jeremy, Phillies, will be taking over the Commish duties.  I'll continue helping with the draft as needed.  Thanks.
