Yes only a player in the last year of their contract may be sent down, anyone may be called up though as some may have (due to extensions) players with contracts past the next season in their minors.

As of right now I don't believe the site being down affected anyone being unable to extend. Tony was the last to extend and I was able to see those after the deadline came and went. If anyone had an issue, please pm me but from my knowledge the site went down after our extension deadline had passed.

Fabbri is still on contract and not expired,,, i was confuse on this also then but it was explained to me..,,

the cross out on the 2018-19 season is his new value after the 2016-17 .
