What was the reason to include the last 10 teams only again?

VEGAS is right dab smack in the middle of the lottery pack and we could end up climbing or sliding. Please god don't let us slide. We've suffered enough this year.

What was the reason to include the last 10 teams only again?

We discussed having the last 3, last 5, last 8, last 10 or all non-playoff teams and we felt as a group that the 11-15th last teams just missing out on the playoffs didn't necessarily need a shot at the top pick. So we went with last 10 teams as a first go around with a draft lottery system.

That's pretty much how it went down. My team had to have at least one semi-regular starting goalie. I just can't believe how badly Kinkaid screwed up his golden opportunity, again! In fact, Calvin Pickard was also given a number of chances to lock up a starting gig but couldn't muster up the power to post W's when it counted. If you can grab the starter's role in Arizona and run with it, you're probably not going to last in the NHL anyway.

At least I have something to look forward to in April.
In the meantime, I'll tinker with my team to get it ready for the offseason.
