The Blue Jays would like to extend Adam Lind for 3 years @ $8.848M per year.

Lind was 32/200 CI in 2013 (84&) = $8.848M.

Offer Arbitration to the Following:
Trevor Bauer ($480K, 3rd year of service)
Andrew Cashner ($500K, 4th year, 2013 salary)
Julio Teheran ($490,000, 4th year, 2013 salary)
Alex White ($497,100, 4th year, 2013 salary)
Zach Britton ($486,000, 4th year, 2013 salary)
Joel Carrero ($481,700, 4th year, 2013 salary)
Yan Gomes ($480,000, 3rd year of service)
Brett Lawrie ($480K, 3rd year of service)
Moises Sierra (unsure of salary)
Jason Heyward ($3.65M)

** Note on Heyward, the roster spreadsheet lists him as having 4 years of arbitration served, yet he's listed to become a FA after this season.  I believe he should have another year of arbitration next year and become a free agent in 2016.  This does not affect his 2014 salary, but I would like to confirm the year he should hit free agency.

Promotions:
Promote the following to the 25-man major league roster:
Manny Machado
Julio Teheran
Travis D'Arnaud
Danny Farquhar
